After two successful holidays in 2007 (North Wales and Normandy) the next trip will be to Suffolk in 2008, and watch this space for Jersey in June 2009.
Suffolk and Constable Country - August 2008
We will be heading down to discover the beautiful countryside in and around the area of Suffolk, made famous by the paintings of John Constable from Monday 25th August to Friday 29th August 2008.
We will be staying at the 3 star Ufford Park Hotel, Golf and Spa - a member of the Best Western group of hotels.
Weather permitting, we will discover some varied and beautiful scenery, often following in the footsteps of John Constable, and will even have the chance to explore areas of Flatford Mill that is not possible for the tourist to visit.
Price: £ 379 per person, based on two sharing twin bed / double accommodation
